The policy will pay for specialist or ergonomic equipment to ensure employees suffering with a disability or injury can work comfortably.

Lower back and neck pain are the most common problem areas and they quite often require changes in equipment, such as using an ergonomic chair, in order to reduce pain levels and prevent lost working hours. But the policy will cover any kind of problem, injury or disability that is making it difficult or uncomfortable to work.

DSE Insurance now provides you with the opportunity to budget for any unplanned equipment needs that you or your employees require.

How does it work?

• Name your DSE users that you would like to be covered; annual cover starts from as little as £20.00 per employee.
• A policy will be put in place providing £1’300 of cover per insured employee.
• In the event of an employee suffering an injury or they are diagnosed with a condition that is affecting their ability to use their computer equipment contact DSE Solutions, or one of our approved companies, to carryout a workstation assessment with the employee.
• Process your claim form with a copy of the workstation assessment for insurance approval.
• Order the required equipment from your chosen supplier
